This sets forth our policy with regard to the use of “Spam” marketing techniques in connection with communication methods on FreeLunchRoom.com. In the event that we deem you to be in violation of these policies, we shall immediately revoke your membership rights and close any active account.

We have a strict policy against spamming. We forbid the sending of unsolicited Private Message(s) (PMs), chat messages, 3rd party instant messenger messages or unsolicited Emails of any kind in connection with the marketing of our programs, products, trade threads, referral links, trade opportunities and services.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and participation in our programs “for cause” if we deem you to be in violation of our anti-spamming policies. We also reserve the right to suspend your account and participation pending review upon receipt of any complaint or other evidence that you may be engaging in any spamming activity.

We consider spamming to be any activity whereby you directly or indirectly transmit Private Message(s) (PMs), chat messages, 3rd party instant messenger messages or unsolicited Emails to any user that has not solicited such Private Message(s) (PMs), chat messages, 3rd party instant messenger messages or unsolicited Emails and does not consent to such transmission. We also consider spamming to constitute posting advertisements, trade thread links, trade opportunities in blogs in violation of the terms of participation in such blog, that are off topic, or in blogs that do not specifically permit advertisements. We also consider it spamming when advertisements are placed on visitor message boards or in chat rooms when they are not permitted by the terms of participation in such visitor message boards and chat rooms.

If you are “spammed” by anyone regarding our products, services, web site, trade thread, trade opportunities, other forums or any other matters, please report this activity to Administrator.

Just want to put a reminder out there - Posting a Visitor Message on someones page - when they have not PMed you is SPAM - Even if they have "looked" or visited your page. If they did not send you a message, then they DID NOT Contact you! These are all things that are spam :

• Leaving a Visitor Message Before a PM is sent FROM them (even if they looked at your profile)
  
• Sending a Friend Request Without First Getting a PM from them
  
• Sending them a PM without them first sending you a PM
  
• Setting up a Trade in their Trade Manager with them with out them first PMing you
  
• IMing them on a Messenger without them First sending you a PM
  
• Sending them an Email with out them first sending you a PM
  

I hope I didnt leave anything out for those looking for a loophole - because with spam there is no loophole -

There is a Trend here - If they DONT contact you Directly First, Then DONT CONTACT THEM

You can also report PMs and threads by clicking on the REPORT button in that particular PM or thread.
